Problems in Portland?

I'm sure that Cycling Phun is going to be less than thrilled to see the links below after his post. According to the Drunkcyclist, things are looking a little less rosy in Portland right now:

Hopefully these are isolated incidents in Portland and things get back to normal soon! I know despite this, Portland is still way up on the list of places I'd like to live. The lesson to be learned here: if you've been drinking, do not operate a bicycle or motor vehicle.
